The Observed Bicycle Gender count type is a new addition to our fleet of count types. This is observed gender only. Actual gender is something you would ask & people could identify if they like. Observed gender, based on traffic counters observing things like clothing, hair, etc. is a longstanding & important metric for transport equity analysis.
